I was born in Santiago, Chile, and I have been living abroad since 2014. I love working with people from a variety of professions and cultural backgrounds.
Our world is made of interactions. For this reason, I always see my clients as part of a context, where they are doing the best they can. Instead of categorizing and labeling people, I prefer to look into what is not working, so we can focus our work into concrete actions to reduce the suffering and promote change.
My approach is interactional and goal-oriented. I see the particularity of each of my clients, their beliefs and how they interact with their context, so we could find solutions together.
My experience includes work with individuals, couples, and families. I have participated in an intensive training program at the Brief Therapy Center of the Mental Research Institute of Palo Alto, one of the worldwide leading sources of interactional/systemic studies, psychotherapy, and family therapy.
